Obituary of Walter Andres

Andres, Walter (Whites) – Passed away at his home in Virgil on Saturday October 13, 2018 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of Betty and dear father of Greg Andres, Brian Andres, and Kelly Bentz-Andres. Grandfather of Dana and Kelsey. Step-father of Wayne (Jackie) Goertz, Sherry Petrychanko, and Robin Goertz. Also grandfather of Josh, Luke, Owen and River. Great-grandfather of Hudson. Brother of Bill (predeceased) & Eva Andres, John & Anne Andres (both predeceased), Lena & Eberhard (predeceased) Van Bergen, Hank & Louise Andres (both predeceased), Fred & (Betty) Andres, Art (predeceased) & Helen Andres, Mary & Nick (predeceased) Janzen, Louise & (Werner) Rogalski, Margie (Corney) Enns, Kathy & (Herman) Neufeld and Buddy & (Ella) Andres.

The family will receive friends at the Niagara United Mennonite Church, 1775 Highway 55, on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Interment will be at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery on Friday October 19, 2018 at 9:30am. The Funeral will be held at the church at 11am. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Mennonite Central Committee or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
