Obituary of Geoffrey Balint Takach

Takach, Geoffrey Balint – Passed away peacefully with his parents at his side at St. Catharines Hospital on February 12 at the age of 47.  Geoffrey is survived by his parents George & Jan, His brother Jason & partner Sharon, and beloved niece Anya Honour.  Geoffrey will be missed and remembered by aunts and uncles, many cousins and friends and Brain Injury Community Re-Entry case facilitators and staff.  A special thank you to Dr Ed Aitken for gifting us with 36 more years as a family.

Cremation has taken place.  A private family funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 20 at 11:00 a.m.  at Star of Sea Church, 34 Elgin St., Port Dalhousie with interment at St. John’s Church Cemetery, Jordan.  If desired memorial donations to B.I.C.R., Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
