Obituary of Robert Charles Berry

BERRY, Robert (Bob) Charles, passed away peacefully in his 80th year, surrounded by family, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton on November 19th, 2019. Loving husband of Janette (nee Hardie), caring brother-in-law to Duncan (Diane), loving father to Andrea (Dan), Kim (Dave) and Scott (Cheryl), and grandfather to Emily (Brad), Alyssa (Rob), Sarah (Sam), Shawn, Mitchell, Aaron and Matthew (Kathleen).

He was a Second Lieutenant in the Queen’s Own Rifles, Metro Toronto Police officer, Dofasco Security Staff Sergeant, photographer, scuba diver, library board member, avid golfer, coach and storyteller. He was truly a dynamic protector and presence among us. Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life to take place in the new year. Details TBA.
