Obituary of Irwin Charles Stewart

Irwin Charles Stewart On Saturday, August 7, 2021, Irwin Charles Stewart, loving husband and father, passed away at home at the age of 84. Irwin was born on May 16, 1937 in Sauble Beach, Ontario to Charlie and Bernice. Little brother “Babe” to Orville (Norma) of Stokes Bay and Kalvin (Anita) of Simcoe. A 55-year long time resident of Grimsby he retired from Stelco in July of 1998 (a 34-year career). Irwin was an avid hunter, fisherman and part time farmer. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 64 years Beulah, children, Colleen (Danny Moore) of Grimsby, Nancy (Bill Ferguson) of Beamsville, Ron (Chantal Petit Spiller) of Timmins, Randy (Nancy Henderson) of Sudbury, grandchildren, Nick Laverdiere (Miranda Young), Nathan Laverdiere (Ashley Day), Meagan Ferguson (Andrew Gelencher), Billy Ferguson, Hannah Carrier (Dustin), Max Stewart (Shay Graves) and great grandchildren, Noah, Grace, Emma, Ayden and Ryland.

Cremation has taken place.  Visitation will be held on Friday August 13th, 2021 from 2:00 - 4:00pm & 6:00 - 8:00pm at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes.  3277 King St Vineland.  Pre registration is required.  Please click here to register for visitation.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society.
