Obituary of Stephan Horvath

Stephan Horvath April 28 1943 – March 15, 2022

It is with great sadness that Judith Horvath announces the death of her beloved husband of 53 years, Stephan Horvath, on Tuesday, March 15^th after a battle with cancer. 

Stephan is predeceased by his parents, Anton and Maria Horvath, his older brother, Tony Horvath, and his son, Victor Horvath.

  Stephan worked for many years at Otis Elevator and for other elevator companies as a maintenance and service mechanic.  In his spare time, he enjoyed watching all sports on TV – especially hockey and golf.  He was an avid golfer and traveler.  Stephan and his wife, Judith spent many years traveling the world, exploring some of the most beautiful places on earth and in search of the best greens.  One of his favourite places on earth was Maui, Hawaii, where the golf courses are “the best” and the sea and sun provided a beautiful backdrop to his drives. 

Stephan is survived by his wife, Judith, and his many relatives in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and in Hungary.  Condolences may be left on the tribute wall of his obitary.
