Obituary of Anna Loffredo

With great sadness we announce that Anna Loffredo passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, on October 8, 2022, in her 92nd year.

Anna is survived by her loving children Angelina (Matteo) Russo, Joe (Janice) Loffredo, and Andy (Barb) Loffredo. She leaves her cherished grandchildren, Matilda (John) Bissada, Christine (Ryan) Comeau, Paul (Lisa) Russo, Marc, Christopher (Ashley) Loffredo, Andrew and Steven Loffredo. Her precious great grandchildren (Ryley and Quinn Comeau, Alexa and Clara Bissada). Also left to mourn is Brother-in-law Antonio Loffredo (Italy). Anna also leaves behind many nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy whom she loved very much.

Born 1930 in Teano, Italy. Like many women of her generation, Anna and Emilio with their three children came to Canada in 1964 in search of a better future. After working various jobs, they decided to start their career in owning a farm. Anna and Emilio multi-tasked in managing a farm and raising a close family. Anna lived a long, healthy and active life, dedicated to family and friends.

Anna was the happiest being outdoors and gardening. She enjoyed many gatherings with family and friends, who eventually became part of the family. Over the years she travelled with friends and created lasting memories.

We will forever be grateful for the morals and values she instilled in us. She will always be remembered for her kindness, humility, generosity, and most of all her warm smile.
