Obituary of Paul Douglas Johnston

Johnston, Paul - Our strong Dad, Paul Johnston, at the age of 81, passed away on October 17, 2022 in Beamsville, Ontario. He is predeceased by parents Albert & Audrey Johnston and by his beautiful wife June (nee Denton) of Dublin Ireland. He is survived by his daughter Kathleen Bouchard & her husband Rene Bouchard and son Ian Johnston.

Paul was an avid grape farmer who loved the land & his work. His farm was impeccable & admired by neighbours & people passing by. He always helped the poor & seniors. He loved his kids & did his best to provide for them. He may have been a man with a gruff exterior but he had a heart of gold. His family friends & neighbours will cherish his memory.

The family will receive friends at the Jordan Station United Church, 4105 Bridgeport Dr, Jordan Station, on Thursday October 20, 2022 from 10 – 12noon with funeral service starting at 12 noon. Interment will take place in Lakeview Cemetery, Meaford on Friday.
