Bauke Kempenaar December 28, 1927 - November 4, 2023

Peacefully on Saturday, November 4, 2023, Bauke Kempenaar went home to be with his Lord at the age of 95.

Dear husband of Thea(Vanderleek), beloved father of Rob(Dar) Kempenaar, Grace(Henry) Van Soelen, Linda(Wallie) Haveman, Judy(Chris) Turnbull. Opa to Heather, Hope, Holden, Hunter, Colin(Melissa), Kelly( Hener), Caleb(Lasanie), Madelaine, Taylor(Alexis), Brad(Jenna), Anna, Alexa, Russell, Brandi(Zachary), Megan. Great Opa to 9 great grandchildren and predeceased by one great granddaughter. Brother to Sjoerdje*(Wim) Huizinga, Gary*(Allie) Kempanaar, Ben*(Marie) Kempenaar, Gellie(Jan*) Bosma, Tinie(Gar) Vandyken.  Brother-in-law to Kees*(Dorthy*) Vanderleek, Nel*(Henk*) Hornsveld, Pieter(Elenor)(Joke*) Vanderleek.  Son of Jan* & Teatske*(Rietsma) Kempenaar. 

Friends and family will be received at Tallman Funeral Home, 3227 King St. Vineland on Wednesday November 8 from 6:00-8:00pm.  

The Funeral Service will take place at Trinity Christian Reformed Church, 1230 old Martindale Rd. St. Catharines, on November 9 at 11:00am following a private burial service.
