Obituary of Mary Enns

Enns, Mary (nee Klassen) - Surrounded by the love of her family and the staff from Heidehof, as well as a lifetime of wonderful memories, Mary slipped away peacefully and with dignity, and went to be with the Lord on January 13, 2014 in her 88th year. Loving wife of the late Isaac Enns (2004), Mary will be forever loved and dearly missed. Much loved mother to Linda (Dan) Pitts, David (Sherri) Enns, Susan (Jeff) Gordon and Barb (Norm) Behring. Very proud and loving Oma to 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her beloved brother Bernie (1975). Mary will also be missed by brothers and sisters-in-law Ike (Lois) Klassen, Dave (Joyce) Klassen, and June Davis, as well as many nieces and nephews and extended family members both here and out west. The family will receive friends at the St. Catharines United Mennonite Church at 335 Linwell Road on Wednesday January 15 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Service will be on Thursday January 16 at 11:00 am at the church with interment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Special thanks to the wonderful caregivers at Heidehof for their love, compassion, and understanding. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice. While we say goodbye with heavy hearts, Mom will continue to live on in all of us, and we take comfort in knowing that she is with Dad again.
