Obituary of Mary Pye

Pye, Mary - Mary died May 1st after a brief bout of cancer at the age of 80. Loving wife to Noel for 60 years. She will be sadly missed by her children; Steven (Angela) of St. Catharines, Nicholas and wife Dawn of Buffalo, Janet Chalmers and husband Tom of Niagara Falls, Simon (Nancy) of Nova Scotia and her grandchildren Sean, Samantha, Jennifer, Stephanie, Richard, Emily and Cameron and her three great grandchildren. Mary and her family came to Vineland from England 45 years ago. Mary was an avid seamstress and worked for Duthlers Fabric Store in St.Catharines for many years. Mary and Noel and were often seen on walks around Vineland and at the Heritage pool. Mary enjoyed an active life and loved her trips to Jamaica. A private family service and cremation will take place. Friends are invited to a memorial reception on Monday, May 5 from 1-3pm at the Vineland Missionary Church, 3874 Victoria Ave. Vineland.
