Obituary of Jean Philbrick

Philbrick, Jean - With great sadness the family of Jean Philbrick announce her passing on Sunday, July 6, 2014 at the age of 99. With family by her side while resting at home in her favourite chair, Jean peacefully left us to join her husband George (2011), parents William & Elizabeth Leslie and sisters Madge and Ethel. She will be greatly missed by her children Janice, Brenda, George and Isabel. She leaves behind her three grandchildren Tim, Deb and Cheryl whom she adored, eight great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren, who brought her much joy and a twinkle to her eye. She will be forever missed by her puppies Kadi and Millicent. Cremation has taken place and a private graveside service and burial held in her memory. Special thanks and our never ending gratitude to Dr. Cari Reed, our respite caregiver and friend, Kathleen and CCAC, all whom enabled us to care for Mom at home through these many years.
