Obituary of Marlin Dirksen

DIRKSEN, Marlin Joan - At her home in St. Catharines on Friday, October 24, 2014, Joan Dirksen, aged 72 years. Wife of the late John (2008). Loving mother of Greg, Shawn and Mark (Claudine). Grandmother of Rebecca, Elizabeth and Jason. Dear sister of Anita (Ted) Stephen, Betty (Brian) Tarr and Dennis (Erika) Willms. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Agnes Willms. As per Joan's wishes there will be a private family only interment and no service. Thanks to her family doctor, specialists, nurses and staff at the Walker Family Cancer Centre, the CCAC and VON and emergency staff for allowing her to spend her last days in her home, where she wanted to be.
