Obituary of Carin Perez

PEREZ, Carin Marianne - Surrounded by her family at Hospice Niagara on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, Carin Perez, aged 55 years. Beloved wife of Albert and loving mother of Stephanie (Andrew) Zwart and Michael Perez. Oma to Jake and Elisabeth. Also survived by her father Albert Martz, sister Conny (Charles) Hermelink and nephews Karl and Peter Hermelink. Predeceased by her mother Elizabeth Martz. The family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St., on Sunday, December 7 from 3-5pm and 7-8:30pm. Funeral Service will be held at Calvary Church, 89 Scott St., St. Catharines on Monday December 8 at 11am. Interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery prior to the service. If desired, memorial donations to Hospice Niagara or Wells of Hope would be appreciated by the family.
