Obituary of Allan William Jones

Jones, Allan William - (1941 - 2016) - At Hamilton General Hospital on Thursday, March 10, 2016, surrounded by his family, Allan passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord. Loving husband of 45 years to Sue (nee Smith) and amazing father to Chris, Todd, Ryan (Liza, daughters Emily & Elizabeth), Laura (Evan) Kirkland, Micah (Cassandra), Lindsay (Shane) MacFarlane, Jordan (Jenna). Allan absolutely adored his grandkids, Olivia, Nathan and Jolie, the sunshine of his life. Dear brother of Mary (Brian) Boden. Predeceased by his first wife, Joan (nee Tallman, 1968) and by his parents Albert (1965) and Marjorie (2004). The family will receive friends at Stoney Creek Church of Christ, 105 King St. E., Stoney Creek, on Monday, March 14, 2 - 4 and 6 - 8:30 p.m. Funeral service in the church on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. with reception following. If desired, memorial donations to Great Lakes Christian High School or Great Lakes Bible College would be appreciated by the family.
