Obituary of Elizabeth Braun

Braun, Elizabeth – At St. Catharines General Hospital on Thursday, March 21, 2019, surrounded by her loving family, Elizabeth Braun, in her 93^rd year.  Predeceased by her loving husband Nicolay (Nick), one grandson and one great-granddaughter.  Mourned by her children Margaret (Hap) Pritula; Richard (Hedwig) Braun; Gerald (Barb) Braun; Gord (Nancy) Braun; and Jenny (Geof) Cornelsen; 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers Frank Sawatzky; John (Catherine) Sawatsky; and Art (Viola) Sawatzky; and sisters Agnes (Jack) Rogalsky and Frieda Janzen.  Many thanks for the compassionate care at I.C.U. at St. Catharines General Hospital. 

The family will receive friends at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St. on Monday, March 25, 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Funeral service at Grantham Mennonite Brethren Church, 469 Grantham Ave, St. Catharines on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. with burial preceding at Vineland Cemetery at 9:30 a.m.  If desired, memorial donations to Camp Crossroads would be appreciated.
