Obituary of William Friesen

Friesen, William - At his home on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, with his devoted wife by his side, William Friesen, aged 90 years.  Beloved husband for 67 years of Elizabeth. Loving father of Ken (Kathryn), Marlene (Keith) Gilbert, Ted (Kim) and Carrie (Perry) DeBon.  Cherished grandpa of Clayton, Rebecca (Matt), Meghan (Mike), Amy (David), Ashley (Kurt), TJ (Erin), Will (Danielle), Jack, Samantha and 8 great grandchildren.  Brother to 11 siblings.

The family will receive friends at Bethany Mennonite Church, 572 East/West Line, Virgil, on Friday, August 2 from 6:00 - 8:00p.m.  Funeral service in the church on Saturday, August 3 at 10:00a.m. with interment following at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery.  If desired, memorial donations to Mennonite Central Committee would be appreciated.
