Wormald, Leslie Ann (nee Cookson)
Passed away March 26, 2023 at the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in her 75th year.
She is reunited with her late husband Ron. (2009)
Beloved mother to Ronald & Kathryn Wormald, Wendy & Robert Scully, Teresa & David Cubitt.
Dearly missed by her grandchildren Jamie (Katie) Scully, Breanne (Spencer) Miller, Kendra, Nicole, Justin and Dylan.
Survived by sister Jill Mitchell.
Cremation has taken place.
