Obituary of Richard Neil Penner

Penner, Richard Neil - Passed away after a brief illness. Son of Cornelius and Mary Penner (predeceased). Husband to Victoria. Father to Brendon (Christy) and Carrie. Grandfather to Madeleine 11, Josephine 8, Bennett 5. Stepfather to Jordan (Renata), Charlie (Jessica) and Grandpa to little Charlie 4. Brother to Catherine (Rob), Douglas (Renee), Edward (Judy) and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held at Tallman Funeral Homes in Vineland (3277 King St.) on Saturday, March.2, 2024. Visitation at 10am, service at 11am, refreshments at 12noon.
